Hydrodynamic Border Irrigation Model: Comparison of Infiltration Equations

چکیده

The variation in moisture content between subsequent irrigations determines the use of infiltration equations that contain representative physical parameters soil when irrigation begins. This study analyzes reliability hydrodynamic model to simulate advanced phase border irrigation. For solution model, a Lagrangian scheme implicit finite differences is used, while for infiltration, Kostiakov equation and Green Ampt are used compared. latter was solved using Newton–Raphson method due its nature. models were validated, unknown optimized experimental data available literature Levenberg–Marquardt method. results show it necessary based on parameters, because irrigations, initial conditions change, modifying advance curve From coupling both equations, shown empirical only specific event, with can be modeled, advance/infiltration process observed detail.
